The exterior design of Mayla GT is a present-day tribute to classical speedboats, sculpted by numerous hours of hydro and aero dynamics computer optimization.
The lines of Mayla GT have been carefully shaped to enhance comfort and practicality, enable generous interior space and a class-best storage capacity at this level of performance.

At destination, the generous cockpit lounge, wet bar and open kitchen suddenly become everyone’s attention. Toys such as jet skis, paddle boards or small dinghies are pulled out of the vast garage to enjoy a perfect day in the bay.

A simple, functional design with refined details and exclusive equipment will warmly accomodate selective guests for pure quality time.
The comfortable, loft-styled interior cabin with its vast lounge area, welcoming Alcantara® upholstery, stand-up shower and separated toilet offers the perfect area and intimacy for a good, regenerative rest.

Hull design by Petestep®
The GT hull was designed by Swedish engineering firm Petestep®.
Petestep® deflectors redirect the spray water more downwards and aftwards compared to conventional spray rails allowing energy savings of up to 35%.
Petestep® deflectors lower slamming by up to 50%, increase stability and significantly reduce noise.
This allows for an efficient and smooth ride with significantly increased comfort, and longer range.

Full carbon prepreg build
The yacht structure was conceived by an established composite engineering house. The focus was two-fold: increase strength and save weight.
Mayla GT is fully built to the highest specification in epoxy carbon prepreg and carbon-prepreg-foam sandwich.
The structural elements, bulkheads and inside walls are dimensioned and laminated to withstand speeds over 100 knots, with an overall hull weight of only 1.5 tonnes. Construction of the GT meets aerospace standard, with less than 2 mm deviation overall.

Drives
Mayla opted for patented tunnel prop drive technology from MSA, used for high-performance powerboats and fast military applications.
The half-tunnel above the propeller limits the amount of air intake from the surface-piercing propeller. Compared to conventional surface drives, this patented system increases the thrust and reduces the drag. It combines the direct transmission of power of a direct-shaft drive, and it limits the ventilation of the propellers in sharp turns. This improves the boat maneuverability.
Tunnel prop drive technology optimises performance and acceleration by over 10%.
